The institute runs Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in the following programmes:
  • Marine Engineering
  • Marine Science
  • Maritime and Harbour Technology
  • Maritime Studies
  • Naval Architecture
  • Radio and Telecommunication Engineering
  • Transport, Oil and Gas
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for admission into any of the PGD Maritime programmes, candidates should have

  1. Five credit pass in not more than two sittings in any of the following examinations;
    • General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level Examination
    • West African School Certificate Examination (WASCE),
    • National Examination Council (NECO),
    • National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) or their equivalents
  2. Candidates must posses a B.Sc Degree with at least 3rd Class Honours in relevant discipline(s)
  3. Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least lower credit in relevant discipline(s).
  4. Any relevant qualification approved by the NDU/ IMS
