PHILOSOPHY AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE

The philosophy of the faculty shall be the training and production of manpower grounded in scientific and technological principles that will be necessary for national development, particularly the development of Bayelsa State and the Niger Delta.

THE PROGRMMES OF STUDY IN THE FACULTY ARE AIMED AT THE FOLLOWING

  • To enable the students imbibe the fundamental principles of the natural sciences;
  • To enable students develop skills for the application of the scientific principles for the solution of societal problems.


The faculty oversees the overall academic and administrative functions of the faculty and ensures its smooth running
