To be the voice, an image and a vehicle that enhance and encourages research and scholarly publications, that will promote global reputation by empowering the scholarly community.

Objective

  • Strengthening and expanding the dissemination of research and scholarship
  • Building global reputation centre of excellence by increasing and improving quality of scholarly publications in various discipline.
  • Generating further diversification of income through exploring the massive creative capacity and translations and subsidiary rights.
  • Providing an infrastructure of support to enhance publication activities
  • Environmental scanning of publishable manuscripts
